Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Limassol Keys, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Limassol Keys provides tools for discovering, publishing and managing rental-property listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service is a listing platform and is not a party to rental agreements, does not hold deposits and does not guarantee that a listing, owner, agent, tenant or transaction is suitable, available or accurate.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You may use email authentication or an available third-party sign-in provider such as Google.
• You may not create administrator accounts through public registration or misuse another person's identity.

4. Listings and content

Users who submit listings confirm that they are authorized to advertise the property and that the submitted description, price, availability, media, location and contact details are lawful and materially accurate. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Limassol Keys a non-exclusive permission to host, process, resize and display it as needed to operate and promote the listing on the service.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

• publish fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or access an account without permission;
• collect personal data from the service for spam or unrelated marketing;
• interfere with security, availability or normal operation; or
• use automated access in a way that overloads or circumvents service controls.

6. Moderation and account action

We may review, reject, unpublish or remove listings and may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, address security issues or comply with law. Listing availability and publication periods may change as shown in the service.

7. Third-party services

The service may use or link to third parties, including Google sign-in, maps, messaging and property contact channels. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or the outcome of any rental inquiry or agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Limassol Keys is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from user-submitted listings, third-party conduct or service interruption.

9. Changes and contact
