• Account information: name, email address, account role and account status. Email-password accounts store only a password hash.
• Google sign-in information: verified email address, display name and a stable Google account identifier. We request only openid, email and profile.
• Listing information: property details, location, photos, videos and contact information submitted by owners, agents or agencies.
• Service and security information: session data, technical request data needed to operate and protect the service, and aggregate listing-view or contact-action counters.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• create, authenticate and secure accounts;
• let authorized users create and manage property listings;
• show published listing and contact information to visitors;
• send operational account or listing notifications;
• measure service usage in aggregate, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Google user data

Google data is used only to sign you in, create or link your Limassol Keys account and display your account name. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars, Drive or advertising data. Google access tokens are not stored. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or transferred for unrelated purposes.

5. Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep sessions, security controls and language preferences working. Optional analytics cookies support aggregate listing-view and contact-action counters. Optional cookies are disabled until you accept them. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.

6. When information is shared

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database and transactional-email providers only as needed to operate the service. Published listing information is visible to visitors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Account and linked-identity records are retained while the account is active and as needed for security, dispute handling and legal compliance. Operational backups and security logs may remain for limited retention periods. To request access, correction, unlinking or deletion, contact us using the address below. 8. Security and choices

We use encrypted transport, access controls and server-side safeguards designed to protect account data. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may continue to use email sign-in instead of Google sign-in.
